Notice for Industry Day -- Expeditionary Contingency Medical Material (ECMM) Services

PURPOSE The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) in conjunction with the United States Air Force (USAF), the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), the National Guard (ANG), the US Army, and the JANUS Project will be hosting an Industry Day for the Expeditionary Contengency Medical Material (ECMM) Services requirement. This requirement is currently a small business requirement; however, we are open to all acquisition strategies.

The Industry Day will be held 17-18 December 2024 starting at 8:00 A.M. and ending at 4:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland (JBSA-Lackland). Breakout Sessions will be in 30 minute segments and will be pre-scheduled per each company notifying the Government of interest.

REGISTRATION AND SECURITY INFORMATION Attendees must register no later than 3:00 P.M. CST on 6 December 2024. Registrations will not be allowed after 3:00 P.M. CST on 6 December 2024. Potential offerors must provide the following information: Company Name Position/Title (specify if Company Primary Point of Contact) Email address NOTE: Due to limited space, interested companies are limited to 3 attendees. The physical location of the event: 601 Davy Crockett Rd, Bldg. 1534 San Antonio, TX 78226 An Entry Authorization List (EAL) may be required to facilitate site access.

If an EAL is required, instructions for submission will be posted in an amendment to this announcement. There is no registration fee to attend this event. Agenda is currently being worked and will be uploaded as an amendment to this Notice. A tour will be provided of the warehouse facility for the in-person attendees. There will be an overview brief and the opportunity for a separate one-on-one breakout session, with Government representative throughout the remainder of day and the following day.

Please indicate if your company would like to schedule a breakout session. Attendees may include representatives of prime, subcontractor, joint venture, partnership, or other entities. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Government requests that all attendees review the attached documents and come prepared to discuss alternatives to the current contract strategy. There will be an amendment to this Notice of Invitation to include the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on the current effort.

This event does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. Attendance is voluntary and is not required to propose to any potentially related solicitations. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in Industry Day. Nothing stated in this event is contractually binding. Any information provided at this event for conversation purposes only.

The Government reserves the right to provide guidance or feedback on questions or comments but is not obligated to respond to all comments/questions or concerns submitted as part of this Industry Day.

If your company has additional questions for the Government, other than the 9 attached for industry to respond, please submit all responses to Government’s questions and any additional questions NLT 10 December 2024. The Government will distribute the conference minutes within 7-10 business days after the conference has concluded to the primary point-of-contact for those companies in attendance.
