Daily Shuttle Services

*AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN INCORPORATED, PLEASE REVIEW AND PROVIDE A SIGNED COPY WITH THE FINAL PROPOSAL* Argonne is seeking scheduled shuttle bus services for daily trips between Chicago and Argonne National Laboratory. All services shall be quoted on a fixed trip rate based on number of stops, and scheduling requirements and associated charges should be incorporated within the fixed rate per trip.

Pick-up/Drop off Locations University of Chicago (U of C) (Hyde Park campus) 5235 South Harper Court, Chicago, IL 60615 Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) 9700 S. Cass Avenue, Lemont, IL 60439, Argonne Welcome Center (North Gate) West Loop (pick up location to be determined in the area near South Clinton Street and West Monroe Street) Please see included Statement of Work for more details pertaining to the requested services.

It is recognized that some or all of the categories of employees to be furnished under this contract are “service employees,” as defined in the Service Contract Act. A wage determination has been obtained by Argonne from the U.S. Department of Labor through the U.S. Department of Energy for those service employees identified in the table below and has been made a part of this award.

Please return a signed ANL-70 Request for Quotation and a signed and completed ANL-70B Pre-Award Information document with your proposal. Offers are due at 12:00pm CST on April 23, 2024. Please reach out to the Contracting Officer with any questions.
