Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to source acousto-optic modulators. These must meet the specifications listed below. Line 1 - Qty: 3 each: MODA250-B51k-3455 Fixed frequency driver 250 MHz, OEM 24 VDC, Single AM input: TTL/1 kOhms/55dB , RF power < 2.5 W , RoHs compliant. Line 2 - Qty 3 each: MT250-IR6-Fio-PM0,5-J1-A-VSF Fiber pigtailed AO Modulator/Shifter, TeO2 [L], Rise/fall Time 6 ns, Frequency Shift + 250 MHz, Fiber type PM 980, Optical power < 0.5 W, Jacket 900 ?m Hytrel tubing, FC/APC, RF power < 1.8W, VSF housing.
