Notice of Intent to Sole Source-193d SOSFS Advantor Upgrade

The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order under he authority of FR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies required at the level of quality required due to the specification of the items. The requirement is to provide and install upgraded Intrusion Detection and Closed Circuit Television Systems base wide.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561621 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6350. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information with sufficient detail-convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement.

A request for documentation or additional informatioon or submission, that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information receieved will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurment or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
