Industry leaders, Welcome and thank you for reaching out for information on the 2024 Air National Guard (ANG) Domestic Capabilities Priorities (DCP) Conference to be held at the Denver Marriott Tech Center, Denver CO!
Overview: The 2024 ANG DCP Conference has been approved for 6 - 8 May 24 at the Denver Marriott Tech Center, in Denver, CO. During that week, Tuesday, and Wednesday (7-8 May) have time allotted for industry engagement. This year’s conference will follow in person construct whereby attendance will expand this year to primarily all in person attendance, approx. 260 attendees vendors are encouraged to be with our teams in their review of current requirements and new requirement items for consideration for 2024 DCP.
DCP Objective: The objective of DCP is an identification of critical capability gaps that serve as the foundation for many resource allocation decisions at NGB, particularly for the use of the National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) funds in review from field driven and suggested requirements for ANG Senior Leaders to consider funding.
Booking: Interested industry vendors should interface directly with the hotel for additional information, rooms and exhibit space; please identify yourself as a vendor when contacting the Denver Marriott Tech Center Director of Events, Ms. Susanna Mendoza at 303-689-2541 or susanna.mendoza@marriott.com or DCP specific questions, Mr. Bill Hawley (NGB/A5P) (william.hawley.10@us.af.mil) may be contacted to help/facilitate as needed.
Industry Showroom Planning: Vendors desiring to display and discuss their products and capabilities to the conference attendees are welcome to do so on Tuesday and Wednesday, 7-8 May 24, between 1000 AM TO 1900 PM MST Tues, and 1000am to 1700 PM MST Wed (Set up coordinated with Hotel Staff on Monday). Vendors are not considered DCP conference attendees and therefore will not be allowed entry into the government breakout sessions.
Expect for this year: On Monday, 6 May at 3:00-4:30 MT (pending time confirmation), ANG will host a Vendor brief in the Marriott Theater Room for your company reps to attend and hear first-hand NGB/A5 Acquisition activities and updates. Information on NGREA, Procurement Process and Futures will help you shape your businesses view of NGB Requirement Acquisition Planning processes.
