Sources Sought Notice under Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane 2.3C Central Program for Small Manufacturers/Refineries - SPE607-24-I-0000

This SOURCES SOUGHT Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane. The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT is to identify qualified Small Manufacturers/Refineries that were capable of supplying product via vendors for the fuels requirement for Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane.

Small Manufacturers/Refineries are defined as refineries that produce less than 200,000 Barrels per Calendar Day and have 1,500 employees or less. This SOURCES SOUGHT covers covers 2.3 Central fuel requirements for various Into-Plane locations within the central United States (Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming).
