FY25 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Moron Air Base

This is a Request for Information (RFI). This Request is for planning purposes, and shall not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, request for proposals, request for quotes, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses.

The information provided may be used by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy and statement of work. Interested vendors are responsible to adequately mark proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response accordingly.

Objective: The objective of this RFI is to inform interested vendors of the intended use of the Highest Technically Rated Offeror Source Selection approach, gather recommendations to improve the draft MACC solicitation documents in terms of clarity and completeness, and suggested improvements to best practices that can improve the overall quality of the documents below. All documents will be attached on 11 March 2025. Documents to be included: General Conditions Section L Section M HTRO Self-Scoring matrix.

This publication is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. All comments or questions received are on a voluntary basis. Interested vendors need to email both Government Point of Contacts listed below by no later than COB 21 March 2025:
