Kantara Membership Subscriptions (Brand Name Justification)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) identified a need for Kantara Membership Subscriptions.

The Government intends to award a sole source (brand name) purchase order to Kantara Initiative Inc, 6809 Groveton Rd, Manassas, VA 20109-2210 using procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-1(b); as there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agency requirement.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under number 47QTCB24Q0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested from the anticipated awardee and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement provides over 1000 annual organizational level membership with Kantara Initiative. This Agreement covers the services and benefits that Kantara provides as a benefit of membership. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.

Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted for future requirements. Interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to successfully satisfy a requirement for Kantara Membership Subscriptions.
