47QTCA18D008L-75N97020F00128- Current Delivery Award Notice Type: Notice of Intent -Open Market Item Title: Current Gartner Research Licenses The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) Contracts Office intends to procure open market licenses on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT). Our intent to procure this open market license against the current GSA Gartner delivery order.

The requirement was awarded based upon the authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8, Use of mandatory sources; and the regulations of FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information for the following services. The period of performance will be One (1) Year.

April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025 Risk Management Leadership Council Classic — Standard (OPEN MARKET)* *Risk Management Leadership Council is provided Open Market (off contract). All interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by NLM.

Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Alice M. Sobsey, Contracting Officer at alice.sobsey@nih.gov by 12:00 noon EST on Friday, April 5, 2024.
