AFLCMC Flaring Machining & Beading Machines

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for Flaring Machining Tubs and Flaring Beading machines, to the United States Air Force Life Cycle Material Command (AFLCMC). This requirement is for the supply of flaring and beading machines to ensure the AFLCMC can widen the end of pipes or tubes and to form raised edges or beads on tubes to strengthen various structures.

(See Section C and attachments for the RFQ for technical specifications) This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Offerors for consideration must be flaring beading machines. The is a total small business set-aside requirement.

AMENDMENT 001 - The Quote submission deadline is hereby extended from June 16, 2025 2:00 p.m. CDT to read June 25, 2025 2:00 p.m. CDT. AMENDMENT 002 - The purpose of Amendment 002 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions.
