This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Brand Name acquisition, Firm-Fixed Price, supply contract for the Stratasys J850 Multi-material Printer to the United States Marine Corps Logistic Command Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC). A Justification and Approval (J&A) for limiting sources was also prepared in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) – soliciting from a single source (including brand-name).
This requirement is for the supply of the Stratasys J850 multi-material printer to ensure the MDMC fleet is capable to provide flexible printed parts to their customers. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All supplies submitted by proposed Contractors for consideration must be brand-name Stratasys J850 multimaterial printer and accessories. The is a full and open competition requirement.
