NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIMIT SOURCES Project Title: P-8A ASW SIGINT (AN/ALQ-263) – United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) – PMA 290 General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to limit sources for the P-8A ASW SIGNINT (AN/ALQ-263) to Sierra Nevada Company, 2611 Commons Boulevard, Beavercreek, Ohio, 45431, UEID FKHDH3WKV2R1 AND Argon St., Inc., 12701 Fair Lakes Circle, Suite 800, Fairfax, Virginia, 22033, GFLRXRHACMM9 on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command.

The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only these two (2) sources under the authority of DFARS 206.302-4, FAR 13.106-1, and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only limited sources will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, any interested party that believes it can meet the P-8A ASW SIGNINT (AN/ALQ-263) requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by August 12, 2024, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
