P-8 Poseidon Sonobuoy Storage Racks – United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) – PMA 290

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD LIMITED SOURCE Project Title: P-8 Poseidon Sonobuoy Storage Racks – United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) – PMA 290 General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a limited source firm-fixed price contract for the Sonobuoy Storage Racks to either Canadian Commercial Corporation, 350 Albert St Suite 700, Ottawa, ON K1A 0S6 CAN or Arnprior Aerospace Portland Inc. 17383 NE Sacramento St Portland, Oregon 97230-5943 on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command.

The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only these sources under the authority of DFARS 206.302-4, FAR 13.106-1, and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only these sources will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, any interested party that believes it can meet the P-8 Poseidon Sonobuoy Storage Racks requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by October 9, 2024, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement. List of components: Sonobuoy Storage Rack (Right) – ARN06002-00302 - 17 EA Sonobuoy Storage Rack (Left) – ARN06002-00303 - 17 EA The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
