NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIMIT SOURCES Project Title: Stratasys J850 Prime Multi Material Printer – Marine Depot Maintenance Center General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to limit sources for the brand name acquisition the Stratasys J850 Prime Multi Material Printer and accessories on behalf of the Marine Depot Maintenance Center, Albany, GA. The total estimated maximum value is less than $500,000.00.

The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only limited sources under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only limited sources will reasonably satisfy agency requirements and delay of award would result in serious injury to the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
