Maddox 500KvA 3-Phase Pad Mount Transformer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 47QSSC-25-Q-0203 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) to award a one-time high-priority purchase order in accordance with (IAW) FAR Parts 12 and 13 for one (1) brand name, Maddox, or equal 3-phase pad mount transformer. Please see Attachment A for the salient characteristics required under this RFQ. This transformer is needed within 42 weeks after receipt of order.

Additionally, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Product and Commercial Services applies to this order. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Attachment B shall be completed per the provision and submitted with the quote. The completed attachment will be made part of the award for the successful offeror. The solicitation close date is July 24, 2025 by 10 am eastern standard time.

Amendment 1 is to update the solicitation, including attachments, to change the delivery date to within 42 weeks after receipt of order.
