This procurement is for a one-time award of a high-priority purchase order. It will be procured via a Combined Synopsis Solicitation and set-aside for small businesses registered under NAICS code 335314 Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing. Quotes must be brand name ABB ONLY:

Manufacturer: ABB Variable Frequency Drive's (PR 473934 PO 1608604)- This drive is a variable frequency drive (VFD) that is designed for HVACR applications.

P/N: ACH180-04S-09A4-4 (QTY3), ACH180-04S-12A6-4 (QTY19), ACH180-04S-17A0-4 (QTY3)

Delivery is required 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order after award. All quotes MUST be FOB Destination. Please provide a copy of your item’s specification sheet. Letter of Supply/Authorized Reseller letters and/or Teaming Agreements MUST be submitted WITH THE QUOTE. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand Name ABB. Vendors need to be registered in Vendor Portal, but it's not a requirement to submit a quote.

Also, vendors must acknowledge, mark orders as shipped and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. Vendors must submit a quote as an attachment through email to the contract specialist listed below.

Vendor must also provide spec sheets and sign and return a copy of the Vendor Self Certification of 129R/Frustrated Freight document, by completing this document, the vendor declares that they understand and will comply with the requirements of MIL-STD-129R, ensuring that their shipments are properly marked and packaged to prevent delays or complications . The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.

Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Items are subject to review by Global Supply’s Technical Services Branch and/or the customer prior to award.
