This one-time buy is pursuant to the award for two 7.5-ton Carrier rooftop heat pumps coated with a protecting sealant. P/N 50FCQM08A2A5-0A0A0 – 7.5t Carrier Rooftop Heat Pump; Coated with Tropicoat Extreme QTY: 2 each This is a set-aside for 100% small business under NAICS Code: 333415. Technical specifications include that the quoted part number must be the requested brand name, Carrier, and the package must be compliant to markings and delivery schedule.

Also, the vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through the OMS Vendor Portal or EDI. Quoted part number must be the brand name, Carrier, and meet all salient characteristics provided (see attached) to be considered for award. Refurbished items will not be considered. Items are subject to review by the customer’s technical team prior to award.

This requisition will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R. The products must be delivered within 24 weeks after date of award.

Quoted item must be Carrier brand and meet the salient characteristics provided. MIL STD 129R – A signed and returned copy of the Vendor Self-Certification is required. A copy of the quoted item’s specification sheet is required. A Letter of Supply is required. A copy of the attached Vendor Quote Worksheet to include your quote price, ARO, MAS price (if applicable), and commercial price is required. Items must be brand new. Refurbished items will not be considered.
