CUSTOM MADE DOCK LEVELERS

This procurement is a one time purchase order set-aside for small business under NAICS code 423830 – Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers and NAICS code 423440 – Other Commercial Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. This will be a firm fixed price order. This requirement is for custom dock leveler mechanical. Delivery will be to Naval Base Coronado, CA 92135. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This order is FOB destination. Award is subject to the terms and condition of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The requirement is for all or nothing for the following salient characteristics:

CUSTOM MADE DOCK LEVELERS TO FIT PIT SIZE: 85.5"W X 81"L X 24"D DOCKLEVELER (CUSTOM, "MADE-TO-ORDER") QUANTITY (2) LIP SIZE 16” CAPACITY 25,000 LBS MECHANICAL ONLY BUMPERS, AUTORETURN TO CROSS TRAFFIC, TELESCOPING TOE GUARD, WEATHER SEALS ARE NOT REQUIRED.

WARRANTEE: (12) MONTHS MECHANICAL (60) MONTHS STRUCTURAL Products must be TAA compliant. Delivery is 4-6 weeks lead time The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The proposal will be technically evaluated to determine that the proposals meet the salient characteristics described herein. Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Items are subject to review by the Contract Specialist and the customer prior to award.

Quotes shall remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of deadline submission. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. User guide and directions will be provided if vendor is not on Vendor Portal or EDI. Additionally, please provide POC, name, email, phone number, as well as cage code.
