One Time Buy Shipping Crates

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an open market, one-time buy that is pursuant to the award of a high priority requisitions for Shipping Crates, NSNs: 8115-01-694-6956 and 8115-01-694-7147. It is set-aside for small business. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing and marked in accordance with MIL STD 129R.

Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and "quoted items must meet the Item Purchase Description (IPD) specifications". It will be awarded all or none. Also, contractor must acknowledge the order, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking number through the GSA OMS vendor portal. Items are subject to review by the technical services branch and the customer prior to award.

Delivery: 10 calendar Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) delivered to New Cumberland, PA Award is subject to the terms and conditions of this RFQ document, including but not limited to:

1. Contractor MUST fill out the Excel Quote Worksheet and submit it in an email with Subject "47QSSC-24-Q-2026 ".

2. Contractor MUST provide specification sheet for quoted part number.

3. Contractor MUST sign and return Contractor Self-Certification MIL STD129R.
