Notice on intent to Sole Source- Daybreak Technologies Peerless Pump Electric Horizontal Split Case Fire Pump

General Supplies and Services (GSS), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(i), Limiting Sources for Peerless Pump Company Electric Horizontal Split-Case UL/FM Fire Pump GPM @ 96PSI. GSS anticpates award of a purchase order on a sole source basis to Daybreak Technologies for one (1) Perrless Pump Company Electric Horizontal Split-Case UL/FM Fire Pump GPM @ 96PSI.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received from any organization, before 4:00 PM E.T., Wednesday February 7, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action.
