Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.

Quoted part number must be TAA compliant and Brand Name Only or Brand Name Or Equal to the requested part numbers, as applicable, herein to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. QUOTE ALL or NOTHING. Items are subject to review by the Contract Specialist and the Customer prior to award.

It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R otherwise they must state/quote commercial carrier that would be used to ship directly to the customer and delivered within 14 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to customer. Further shipping instructions will be provided upon award. This order is FOB destination.
