Limited Sources Justification Army Reserve National Guard (ARNG) National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region's (NCR) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) IT Support Services Bridge Task Order

This Limited Source Justification is to support a BTO on a sole-source basis to the current incumbent contractor, IMC (47QFCA19F0038) to continue the ARNG NGB NCR NEC’s bona fide need for IT services supporting 34,000 end-users, 4,000 end-user devices, dozens of virtual and physical servers, over 100 networking devices, 10 network storage devices, 75 Video Teleconference (VTC) systems, 4,400 telephone handsets, approximately 150 Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), and over 1,000 wireless devices, in multiple locations.

This anticipated BTO consists of an initial three (3) month base period with three (3) subsequent 1-month option periods that, if determined necessary, may be awarded to extend the period of performance for a total of three (3) months. This justification is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) – Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
