THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, INVITATION FOR BID, OR REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR GOVERNMENT PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.

The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Services Acquisition Branch is seeking Small Businesses who believe they can perform Lawn and Snow Removal Services in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area (Missouri and Kansas locations). This is not a solicitation.

Solicitation is anticipated May 2024. Award is expected to be made on or around September 1, 2024, with an effective date of November 1, 2024. There is expected to be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of five years. Attached is a draft scope of work for your reference. Please also find attached a Sources Sought Questionnaire Form.
