Custodial and Related Services at DuPage Airport

Amendment 0003 - Solicitation 47PF0024R0059 Amendment 0003 is being issued in order to make the following changes to Solicitation 47PF0024R0059 for Custodial and Related Services at the DuPage Airport Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Hangar:

1. Incorporates Provision 52.223-1 Biobased Product Certification into the solicitation - the provision in its full text is attached below.

2. Incorporates Clause 52.223-2 Reporting of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts - the clause in its full text is attached below.

3. As a result of the incorporation of Provision 52.223-1 and Clause 52.223-2 additional requirements are being added to section C. Description/Specifications/Statement of Work. The additional language is attached below.

4. As a result of these changes the solicitation is hereby reopened, and the due date for proposals is extended to July 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Time All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0002 Amendment 0002 is being issued to provide answers to RFI received. It extends the due date for proposals to July 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Time.

Amendment 0001 - Issued with Synopsis/Solicitation The General Services Administration is looking for qualified firms to perform Custodial and Related Services at DuPage Airport, 2750 Aviation Drive, West Chicago, IL. Firms responding to this notice should be well experienced in providing services listed under NAICS 561720 - Janitorial Services. Firms must also conform to the SBA size standards present in NAICS 561720. This is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

Summary Objectives and Statement of Work This procurement will be for Custodial and Related Services identified in the Statement of Work. The work will roughly consist of cleaning a 4,900 SF area and providing floor maintenance, carpet and rug cleaning, restrooms, and dispensers emptying. This will be a performance-based contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards.
