Coast Guard Recruiting Command DD Recruiter Storage

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Recruiting Command seeks a contractor to set up, manage, and provide a quantity of 10; 5x10 climate-controlled storage units with 24/7 access with the potential to add a quantity of 13 units later this fiscal year in pre-determined locations. Exact addresses for the additional units are TBD. The storage units must be located on commercial property within a minimum of 25-minute commute with a maximum allowable commute of 35 minutes from the addresses provided in the attachements.

The contractor shall ensure secure and accessible storage facilities for non-government property, with only personnel authorized by the contracting officer having access to the units. The contractor shall also provide a GSA-approved lock for the units. The authorized personnel list will be provided upon award of the contract, and keys to the locks will be provided to the personnel on that list.

All required and applicable FAR clauses are referenced on the attached PWS as well as the list of all locations currently needed. This is a firm fixed price requirement with a 100% small business set-aside. Reach out to the contracting officer, Mathew D.
