Rental Partnership Agreement for Vandenberg SFB

The attached Rental Partnership Program (RPP) agreement is aligned with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-6000, Housing Management. We are announcing an opportunity for landlords and property managers in-and-around Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), CA, to consider signing said agreement between themselves and the Vandenberg SFB, CA, Military Housing Office (MHO).

Vandenberg SFB estimates the ability of no-more-than 350* military personnel & dependents seeking single family housing external to the base annually and would have interest in said RPP agreement with landlords and property managers interested in providing military tenant concessions (recommended list on page 1 of RPP) for rent in-and-around Vandenberg SFB, CA. We would entertain said RPP agreements beginning 1 May 2024 with our Vandenberg SFB MHO. *350 is an estimate and not a guarantee.
