The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Transportation Security Administration/ Federal Air Marshal Service for an existing lease expiring at O'Hare International Airport on 09/30/2025. The Government requires training, administative, and active gun-range space yielding a minimum of 31,665 ANSI/BOMA SF. The space must be located on airport property, and all ancillary services must be included as part of the rental consideration.

This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.

As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (FedBizOpps) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
