Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Services for Job Postings as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A).

BSA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide a system and service to scrape and distribute automatically BNL's job openings to State Workforce agency employment service delivery system (ESDS), Local Veterans Employment Representative (LVER’s) or Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representative (DVOP’s) and through the appropriate Career One Stop Center to assure Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act/Jobs for Veterans Act (VEVRAA/JVA) while ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations. This acquisition provides for full and open competition.
