Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for the subject requirement for fifteen (15) skid-mounted secondary unit substations to be used at the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFQ letter and all supporting attachments / documents which are attached.

Any questions concerning this RFQ must be addressed via e-mail to the attention of Kevin Kirkendall (kkirkenda@bnl.gov) by the date listed in the RFQ letter. This procurement has been set aside for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). By submitting a quotation, you are certifying that your firm is a MWBE as defined by the state of New York. 7/16/2024 - Attachments "Attachment Da - BNL Onlines 7-16-24 and Enclosure B - Quotation Pricing Sheet 7-16-2024" have been to updated so that unit numbers are now matching.
