CNC Milling Machine - Intent to Sole Source Award

The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke AFB, AZ intends to award a sole source contract to Phillips Corporation Inc. This procurement will be for a Haas 5 axis UMC-750 Milling and CNC Machine.

APLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Phillips Corporation Inc. is the only authorized source to provide this specific requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
