The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure proprietary parts used on Model 7060 Mixed-Oxidant Electrolytic Disinfectant Generators on a sole source basis to Howell Labs INC. The proposed contract action is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 any questions regarding this notice should be e-mailed to:
