10 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Additional Requirements: • Approximately 2,100 USF must be located on the 1st floor. • Employee entry/egress must be separate from public access. • Telecommunications/Mian Distribution Facility Rooms (TR/MDF) require a minimum floor loading of 19.2kPa (equipment typically ranges from 50-200 lbs per sf). • A dedicated firearm storage room to house a gun safe (3 sf between 80 – 100 lbs).

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
