3PR0141 RLP AMENDMENT #2 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Guaynabo / San Juan Delineated Area: Start at the interception of PR-1 and PR-22.

West: Continue on PR-2 South onto PR-22 and continue West until PR-5.

South: On PR-5 continue South until PR-174.

East: On PR-174 continue Southeast until PR-177, there continue East unto Calle Juan Martinez, then South onto Avenida Los Filtros, there continue South. onto PR-199, then East until PR-1North: On PR-1 continue North until interception with PR-2. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,300 Maximum Sq. Ft.

(ABOA):4,515 Space Type: Storage Space Facility Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:180 months Firm Term:120 months Option Term:1 five-year option Additional Requirements: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,300.00 ABOA square feet of space of general storage space but not more than 4,515 ABOA. An available, ready for use by tenant to store furniture, equipment, etc. Lease shall be fully service to include utilities, Janitorial Services, Pest Control, HVAC Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, etc. (including to the loading doors access, quality control and fuel, as needed for the Generator Back-up).
