The warehouse space shall have the following minimum requirements within the facility: I. Slab to ceiling, minimum 15’-0” clear height II. A minimum of 25’ column to column spacing III.

Drive-in capability (i.e. slab on grade access or ramp access) IV. Back-up Generator. An available, ready for use by tenant to store furniture, equipment, Vehicles, etc. Lease shall be fully service to include utilities, Janitorial Services, Pest Control, Facility Maintenance, etc. (including to the loading doors access, quality control and fuel, as needed for the Generator Back-up).
