AMENDMENT NO. 1 to REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP) RLP NO. 3FL0539 USSS West Palm Beach, FL May 17, 2024 The following amendment is hereby made to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) 3FL0539 issued 1/11/2024. RLP No. 3FL0539, Section 1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, AND OCCUPANCY DATE (OCT 2022); sub bullet F is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

1.02 AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, AND OCCUPANCY DATE (OCT 2022); sub bullet F F. The lease term shall be 10 Years, 10 Years Firm. Should the Government make the determination to modify the term or option(s), an amendment to the RLP will be issued. RLP No. 3FL0539, Exhibit A GS-04P-LFL02729 Lease; C. LEASE TERM is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

LEASE TERM To Have and To Hold the said Premises with its appurtenances for the term beginning upon acceptance of the Premises as required by this Lease and continuing for a period of 10 Years, 10 Years Firm, The commencement date of this Lease shall be more specifically set forth in a Lease Amendment upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Space by the Government.
