Intent to Sole Source: Hematology Analyzer and Reagents Sysmex America

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Southern Market Division Contracting Division (SMCD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Sysmex America, Inc., for a hematology analyzer, reagents, and support and services for the 2nd Medical Group, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only one source reasonably available. The applicable NAICS code is 334516, with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees.

This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source does not constitute a solicitation.
