Notification of Sole Source Procurement. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to limit sources to Leidos for continued fieldwork (i.e., well installation, vertical aquifer profiling, and sampling) that will be required for successful completion of the remedial investigation that is currently ongoing by Leidos under a previous contract.

Currently, there is known PFAS contamination in groundwater at the project site, and the current Remedial Investigation is intended to delineate the nature and extent of PFAS contamination, as well as VOC and SVOC contamination, and to determine if there is unacceptable risk to human health and the environment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statement, proposal, or quotation must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on 19 January 2024 to MAJ Lesa Sylve at lesa.b.sylve@usace.army.mil.
