This is a posting of a redacted Justification & Approval (J&A) for Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Pfizer Inc for the no cost destruction and disposal of expired and/or not authorized for use in the U.S. vaccine inventory as well as the shipping of donation requirements at no additional cost to the Government as a no cost period of performance extension from 29 February 2024 to 29 May 2024.
