Intent to Sole Source - 766 ESS, Support services at a remote GOCO location

The 766th ESS at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a time and materials, sole-source contract to ASRC Communications, Ltd. (ASRCC), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The scope of work is to provide support services at remote Government owned, contractor operated location. For additional information on the scope of work please contact the below POCs.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. The circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
