Industry Day - Radio Frequency Spectrum In Place Monitoring System

NGA Industry Day: Radio Frequency (RF) Spectrum In Place Monitoring System (IPMS) Industry Day Conference The Government will host an RF Spectrum IPMS industry day on Tuesday July 30th, 2024 at 9am Central Standard Time (CST). Participants are to arrive at the NGA Arnold Visitor Center at 8:30am.

Industry Day will be held at NGA Arnold 3838 Vogel Rd Arnold, MO 63010. The purpose of the industry day is to provide interested industry partners an overview of the RF IPMS and obtain your feedback on the forthcoming requirement for equipment and Installation of a fully operational RF IPMS at Next NGA West. At the event, you will hear from members of the NGA Procurement Team. We also want to hear industry’s suggestions, ideas, and recommendations regarding equipment and installation of an IPMS.

Your feedback will be used to help shape the Government’s approach to procuring the IPMS. Please note NGA will not be discussing any specific procurement matters. Industry Day Registration and Security To attend the RF IPMS industry day, attendees shall have at minimum a SECRET clearance. To meet NGA’s security requirements for attendance to the industry day, you are required to complete Attachment 1 – NGA’s Visitor Access Request (VAR).

Authorization for every attendee that will be representing your company or subcontractors. You may only submit one form for all attendees. NGA will only accept one submission. The VAR form must be emailed by July 23rd, 2024 at 1PM CST to Kenneth.M.Lehrmann@nga.mil and Douglas.H.Verseman@nga.mil. Failure to submit the VAR or submit it on time may preclude attendance.
