AJW Portfolio-AJW Integrated Support Services (AISS), AJW Configuration Management Support (ACMS) and Business, Financial and Administrative Support (BFAS) Requests for Information

The purpose of this announcement is to provide a status update on the FAA’s AJW Integrated Support Services (AISS) acquisition previously described in SAM.gov Notice ID: 10282020 which includes the Business, Financial, and Administrative Services (BFAS) effort that is part of the AISS acquisition portfolio. The FAA has determined that the BFAS portion of the work will be separated from the AISS acquisition and the two elements will be solicited independently.

The estimated release for the BFAS SIR is first quarter of FY26, pending receipt of required approvals. The program office is currently reviewing the AISS requirements; there is not an estimated SIR release timeframe at this time. The FAA will provide an update on AISS in the first quarter of FY26. Please note that this announcement is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the FAA seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
