This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is an all-or-non requirement, and the government will award a single purchase order to the offeror responsible whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation.

Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this RFP.
