Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) requires the services of an experienced subcontractor to provide to provide building option(s) that meet the required facility specifications provided by HMIS. This scope of work is to provide the General Requirements for Lessors to propose approximately 45,000 square feet. A combination of office space, shipping /receiving, warehouse/storage and parking/laydown. Located in Richland, WA. The term of the lease is anticipated to be for 10 years.
