Special Notice:

Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Brodart Company who holds the current McNaughton lease. The cost of removing the library's current inventory, cataloging the items, packing, shipping, and establishing a new vendor's inventory would not be cost effective. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 323117 and the size standard is 1250 employees.

Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to natalee.dykes@us.af.mil no later than 13 June by 12:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
