Purpose of this Special Notice is to publish/upload the answers to vendors' questions and the SF30 amendment 0003, which did not publish with 36C78625R500830003. Questions are due by 1500 CST 8/20/25. Lastly, the deadline for offers has been extended to 8/29/25. (see attachments).
