Willamette Grounds Maintenance - Sources Sought

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561730 - Landscaping Services. The Department of Veteran s Affairs and the National Cemetery Administration is seeking sources to provide Grounds Maintenance services, to include:

Weed Control of Turf and Planting Beds Trimming & Edging Lawn Mowing Organic Mulch Leaf Removal Vertebrate Pest Control (moles, gopher, etc.)

Location: Willamette National Cemetery 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd Portland, OR 97086-6937 The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 4/1/2024 3/31/2029 (Base + 4 Option Years). This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government.

The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered Small Business Administration and will be verified. The small business size standard of $9.5M is set for the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561730 - Landscaping Services. Small Businesses shall be aware of and comply with the Limitations on Subcontracting set forth at FAR 52.219-14.
