NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity (PCAC) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Advanced Technology Contracting (ATC), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide all labor, material, and equipment to remove, install, and replace the existing fiber cables, copper cables, and conduits for the EHRM Wide Area Network path upgrade project at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System VA Medical Center located in Seattle, WA.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 with a small business size Standard of $45.0 million. The authority for restricting competition on this requirement is 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program, which provides the authority to directly contract with an SDVOSB or a VOSB. The decision to make a sole-source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Government.
