556-402 VISN 12 - Expand SPS North Chicago Commissioning Services

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Procurement Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Enviros LLC, located at 220 Ramsey St Hastings, MN 55033, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Subpart 819.7008, sole source awards to a verified service-disabled veteran owned small business.

This project will provide professional commissioning services in the critical role as a technical subject matter expert and advisor supporting the VA Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) during the construction phase and warranty period to enable complete and compliant construction and activation of the Expand Sterile Processing Services project located the Captain James A. Lovell FHCC at 3001 Green Bay Rd North Chicago, IL 60064. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
