Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) February 13, 2024 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE WMC-HROO C-CURE 9000 MAINTENANCE RFI eCMS ACTION NUMBER 36C77624Q1022 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires continuing support and maintenance of the C-CURE 9000 system currently in use by the VA.

The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) on behalf of the Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC) Human Resources Operation Office (HROO) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to CAM-DEX CORPORATION, 10 Central Ave, Kansas City, KS 66118 on a sole source basis.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting competition; soliciting from a single source (including brand name), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561621 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $25,000,000.00.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a quotation or proposal, which may be considered by the agency, only if received by email by the closing date and time of this notice.

Responses shall provide detailed information that demonstrates the vendor is capable of meeting all requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
