The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment and Manufacturing.

The Fargo VA Health Care System is seeking a Contractor to provide medical grade undercounter freezer and upright medical refrigerator for Lab use. These items must be Brand Name or Equal to American BioTech PH-ABT-HC-UCBI-0420 Undercounter Freezer Medline HSBPHUCBI0420 and American BioTech Supply/Horizon Scientific ABT-HC-SLS-23 23 Cu. Ft. Standard Solid Door Laboratory Refrigerator Medline HSBABTSLS23 as specified in the attached Salient Characteristics.

Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
